Sole finance function in a newly created entity operating as an intermediary between European and African markets. Worked directly with the CEO to build the financial and administrative infrastructure from the ground up. Established the full accounting framework, invoicing processes, and financial reporting for a structure handling cross-border transactions outside the EU. Ensured compliance and operational continuity in an environment with no pre existing financial infrastructure.
