- Recruit and manage the technical people of the squads (+35 team members)

- Coordinate with the tribe's Head of Product to organize the squads perimeters to optimally execute the company's strategy

- Coordinate with the tribe's Head of Product to construct the tribe product strategy, bringing the tech point of view to the table.

- Develop tech strengths, such as mentoring and collaborative work through the technical chapters (frontend)

- Coordinate with the chapter leads to make sure the squads make the best use of the chapters processes and rules

- Maximize squads autonomy and efficiency in the day to day work

- Handle any outstanding issues not covered by the tribe organization, and adapt the squad organization if relevant

- Proactive on the organization of the Tribe, technical choices, code architecture, etc.

- Facilitator, useful for the team.

- Guide the team on structuring technical choices.

- Supervise the team by adopting a role of mentor.

- Participate in the recruitments of squads.

- Participate in the drafting of the roadmap and ensure the deliver on time in collaboration with the product team.

- Develop new features, in the frontend side.

- Make the front-end more reliable and evolve.

Au sein de l'équipe architecture de BNP Paribas Securities Services :

- Amélioration de performance du portail de BNP et la chargement de ses écrans.

- Animer une formation de 3 jours sur l'architecte ExtJS/Sencha

- Proposer des optimisations pour des applications sur la technologie ExtJS.

- Création thèmes personnalisés (utilisant/sans sencha themer).

- La création des plug-ins (la notification, exportez l'excel, tableaux, menu...)

- Création d'un composant transverse de notification.

- Intégration de Sencha Test dans l'application interne de BNP

- Écriture de manuel de l'utilisateur de sencha TEST

- Corrections de bugs sur ExtJS pour les projets Internes de BNP (+ 70 projets).

- Migration des projet ExtJS de la version 4 à 6.2 (classic toolkit)

- Migration d'un projet ExtJS modern tookit de la version 6.2 vers 6.5

- Créer à l'aide de Sencha architecte des modèles et des composants

- Rédiger un manuel d'utilisation de sencha Architect, sencha themer & sencha TEST.

- Brainstorming sur le chargement des grid (tableau) en ExTJs et leur performance

- Suivi des développeurs en Inde.
