I'm a hands-on PM who takes messy discovery and signals them into products that drive user and business outcomes. I enjoy customer proximity and creating impact at a scale while working with several stakeholders and making shared vision a reality. I'm a builder who contributes PRs directly, thinks in systems and builds internal tooling proactively, like addressing GitHub issues (800+ open issues answered and triaged) using tools like Claude Code and n8n.

Most recently at Strapi (open-source CMS), I led AI-native solutions for content managers and owned the full product roadmap, discovery through delivery for several mid-market customers. Shipped AI translations that cut time to publish by 30–35%; AI asset management that helped content managers create 3x more accessible content. Delivered Custom Review Workflows that drove 23% revenue growth and led many other complex solutions during my time there.

Before that at Freshworks, I built Speech IVR and an AI Voice Bot from scratch for their cloud telephony product. 67M+ interactions per year, 38% faster resolution times, 42% CSAT improvement. Led PCI and HIPAA compliance. Contributed to Gartner Visionary recognition for the Omnichannel platform.

I started at Reliance Jio, where I'd watch Mumbai commuters streaming our app on the train and personally handled support tickets that still have my name in Play Store reviews. In my first PM role, I helped scale JioTV and JioCinema to 100M+ installs and handled 20M+ concurrent users during live cricket matches.
