Orchestrating and streamlined the teams in France - marketing, communications, events, digital, finance, Collaborating with the organisation of the Global Entrepreneur of the Year Award working with the EY marketing teams in London, New York and Sydney. Transitioning the disparate platforms for the management of the award to the EY global tools and standards.
