Developed new features (few of them below):
KYC (Know your customer): implementing a solution to check the customers identity. I had to request a third party service (Rest API) and define many scenarios from the front-end (Angular) to the back-end (Java Sring);
EasySwitch: When a customer changes from an operator to another, an automatic transfer can be processed. I contributed to the development of the front-end part (Angular) and to define the rules in the back-end part (Java Spring);
Improved the customer experience by adjusting the front-end to the customers journey (Angular) and the back-end to the business and legal requirements (Java Spring);
Configurations: Added the new products in configurations and update the back-end (Java Spring) accordingly;
Developed parts of the Finite State Machine (Node) with GraphQL and Apache Kafka in the context the reactive architecture between the front-end and back-end;
Task force: I had to identify the bugs' root causes (Adobe Reports, Kibana, Splunk & Dynatrace) in production and tackle them to the fix (Angular, Java Spring & Node);
