I've been working in CRM and marketing automation for over 8 years now and I still get excited how we can use Customer Engagement to create good relationships with our customers and drive ROI.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is where I spend most of my time, and I've gone deep enough into the platform to know both what it's capable of and where it tends to break down.

I've worked across quite different environments, consulting at Deloitte on enterprise CRM transformations, then in-house at HelloFresh managing lifecycle campaigns across 28+ markets, and now at Eurowings Digital leading CRM automation for a major European airline.

That mix of consulting and in-house experience means I can move fast, adapt to how your team works, and focus on what actually matters.
