For 10+ years at Swiss Post, I've built and run the program management framework for a nationwide infrastructure portfolio: technical responsibility up to CHF 250M per site, 80-person resource accountability, 10 active programs across 8 workstreams — automation, BMS/SCADA, construction, IT, logistics, operations, transport, and procurement. I've maintained >98% system availability throughout, in live-critical environments where failure is not an option.
