Deputy to the Chief Accountant within the Media division of the Lagardère/Vivendi Group, overseeing the general accounting and treasury operations for a portfolio of 25 legal entities operating in press, radio, advertising sales, real estate, and holding structures.

• Team leadership: Led a team of 18 accountants (GL,AP/AR).

• Audit & statutory compliance: Main point of contact for statutory auditors (4 audits per year, including hard-close and interim reviews).

• Financial closing & reporting: Managed monthly and year-end closings (D+2) in coordination with the FP&A team; contributed to group-level consolidation.

• Statutory accounts & tax filings: Prepared full financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, annexes), all periodic tax returns (VAT, CVAE, CFE, etc.), and corporate tax declarations. Entities were part of a fiscal consolidation group.

• Accounting review: Conducted full-scope account reconciliations and reviews across all accounting cycles.

• ERP transition & process improvement: Contributed to the implementation of a new ERP system and supported the streamlining of accounting processes in response to organizational changes.

• Legal & corporate documentation: Drafted statutory management reports and legal annexes for corporate filings.

• International scope – Monaco entity: Prepared local statutory accounts, annexes, and ISB corporate tax declarations for the Monaco-based entity.

• Tools & systems: SAP Financial Consolidation (Magnitude); Cognos IBM; Cegid Tax Ultimate; Cegid Fiscalité/ Etafi

Responsible for general accounting, tax compliance, and monthly closings within an international environment. Involved in group consolidation processes, coordination with foreign subsidiaries, and intercompany reconciliations. Active contribution to process improvements and reporting accuracy.

Tools: HFM, Power BI, Infor M3.
