Build a common shared platform to open HSBC banking capability to external partners to implement Banking as a Service (BaaS) model at HSBC Wholesale global scope at BaaS team Being one of the pod leads under the direction of delivery head,

• Participate in the overall platform components follow up SoS (DSP, edge API, passport, crypto, file upload and anti-virus service, notification, kafka, mongodb, etc)

• In charge of file upload and anti-virus service development and production delivery with a pod of 7 people (6 months). Technology involved: Java, springboot, maven, git, microservice, mongodb, CAS, GKE, GCS, BDD, cucumber

• Team lead of tiger team (a virtual team composed by around 20 people to build up BaaS platform infrastructure at GCP) (4 months) Technology involved: GCP (GCE, GKE, Firewall rule, IAM), Terraform, Immutable infra, nginx, gitops, networking, jenkins

• Pod/tech lead of PKM/PES project which helps partner / customer onboarding process to be STP (6 months). In SGCIB IT architect department innovation team (ARC/LAB), under the direction of the digital transformation office manager (Product Owner), as technical lead, worked in an agile team of 20 (including Indian and Canadian support team), to manage, develop, maintain, support SG's most critical application:

§ The global Single Sign-On and IAM system This product is developed based on the security solution provider company ForgeRock's products, which support industry proven protocols like OpenID Connect and SAML2. My responsibilities include (but not limit to):

• Participate in the design and construction of the developer portal for SG global IT teams.

• Interview, recruit, and train new team members, and write training documents to enable new members to quickly and comprehensively master the necessary knowledge

• Integrate tools like sonarquebe, checkmax to monitor the quality and security of the code.

• Regularly organize internal exchange for the team to learn new products, technologies, and methodologies.

• Work with team members together to establish development norms and the "contributing guide" document. Promote "clean code" coding style and TDD.

• Product support training and documentation for our global support teams in India and Canada

• Participate in global customer sponsored meetings to resolve complex problems.

• Products and modules architecture design. Frontend (react), backend (micro service with spring boot) development.

• Release management. Convinced the team to change git workflow from gitflow to trunkbaseddev to reduce integration complexity and increase release efficiency.

• Migration of monitoring technical stack from on-premises cloud to Azure and backup dataset with AWS.

• P0, P1 incident management including communication, emergency meeting with all impacted application owners, problem resolving and postmortem report.
