- Pricing optimization for retail products for an airline

- Markdown optimization for apparel retailers

- Insurance claim modelling for an insurance company

Visiting lecturer on Data science (Theory and Business).

- Fashion retail: Developed an algorithm with a web application for defining optimal discounts for each fashion retailer's product (one of the retailers with the highest market share in France) during promotions. The algorithm combines sales forecasting (XGBoost) and optimization under business and legal constraints to maximize the margin. The pilot was deployed across France for and obtained +6% revenue, +14% volume, and +5% gross margin

- FMCG (one of the World's biggest players in beverage): Developed an AI tool for the optimal promotion calendar for the coming seasons using demand forecasting and optimization. Responsible for demand forecast for the US market. The tool is estimated to increase 6% net revenue growth compared to human-made promotion calendar.

- Finance: Spend transparency for automotive clients Developed cost transformation program to react to priorities during the crisis and sustainably change the way cost is being managed for an automotive components manufacturer Build ML algorithms, pipelines, and UI (Airflow, Python, Tableau) to identify each transaction's cost category. Provide to the client the transparency of the company's spend and the right prioritization for saving. 82-145 M€ (12-20%) of cost reduction yearly as target ambition.

- Asset management (Top 10 World's biggest investment managers): Defined limitations of a current scoring model used in ESG (Environment, Social, and corporate Governance) investing. Proposed a dynamic scoring model that is updated progressively with ML-based criteria and integrate news and controversies

- Agriculture & Climate change: Predicted climate change effects on the wine industry in France using satellite data and climate change model

- Dairy product retail: Analysed the behavior of dairy product consumers in China for sale forecasting

- Public sector: Identified causes of train delays and impact of each causes on the network for improving punctuality
