GSK Space project for GSK R&D Tech in a 5 Ux Designers team to keep consistency and challenge design ideas.
Responsibilities
Problem to solve: design and implement the Space program for GSK (pharma) for statisticians in clinical studies
Understanding the users needs to define the product roadmap through weekly iterations with SME’s (Subject Matter Experts)
Design Thinking workshops facilitation, in English, remote
User interviews and user testings (statisticians, lead programmers, medical writers, SME’s, sponsors...)
Prototyping and wireframing, from early storyboards to UI delivery for tech
Agile SAFe methodology: 2 weeks sprints, agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, daily stand ups, sprint retrospective, sprint planning).
