Project Responsibilities:

● Place Purchase Orders within the budget (with strong negotiation) and respecting the Project Schedule,

HSE and Quality requirements.

● Selection of Vendors based on Feedback reports and already in Company and Contractor List

● Issuance of Procurement Procedures and Review of Contractual Vendor documents

● Saving cost by synergies on ongoing Projects and optimization of Procurement schedule

● Team management

● Management of Expediting & Inspection activities: Follow-up of contracts of LLI and fast track projects.

● Equipment delivery as per Client/TechnipFMC requirements within the Project Schedule,

● Welcome and integration program for new team members,

Responsible of post order activities related to main Deepwater Projects:

(AKPO, OFON2, UZAN for Total), (UTBS for Sonatrach), (Kizomba for ESSO)

Responsibilities:

● Post-Order Activities coordination: Responsible of Expediting, Inspection and Transport activities within Installation Aids Department:

a- Organization of kick-off, Pre-Inspection and progress meetings with Vendors (and Client)

b- Setting-up of regular meetings with Client related to ongoing Procurement activities (PO status)

c- Monitoring of all contractual deliverables (optimizing vendor activity, setting-up recovery/acceleration plans…)

d- Controlling issuance of technical documentation (Engineering - Inspection) control of Expediting and Transport documents.

e- Control of sub-orders including contractual aspects.

f- Organization of Expediting, Inspection and Technical meetings at vendor’s premises (including sub-suppliers) implementing HSE requirement

g- Installation Aids campaign: managing of fast track Purchase Orders

h- Interface between other disciplines: (logistics, accounting) and reporting to Project Management

● Team management for several subsea projects

● Coordination for launching of projects with other functions (Purchasing, Inspection, Transit, Operations and Method departments)
