I'm Richard, Chief People Officer at Malt. Originally from the UK I have been living in France for the past 14 years.

Before joining Malt I worked in Executive Search, at Disneyland Paris and AbbVie in local and international roles.

Richard has been a life saver to support the management team at a time when recruiting became too heavy to handle without a professional. He has worked along side the team in our offices 4 days a week to get a better feeling of the internal culture to be more efficient in his screening - the entire team really likes him even though he couldn't join us for our karaoké session.
