Rita is a Senior Gender Equality, Social Inclusion and Governance Consultant. She is also an advisor on Advocacy, Project Management, and Communication for various International and national organisations working for Human rights, good governance, and democratisation.

In parallel, Rita is a published author and researcher in Political and Administrative Sciences, her main publications are on gender, women's rights, elections, political systems, mobilisations, movement and collective creations.

As a university lecturer, Rita prepared and delivered courses on Governance, Social Mobilisation, Public Policies, Sociology, Advocacy, Media and Social Media, Citizenship, Gender Mainstreaming. She is active on twitter and had a blog on wordpress.

Training on entrepreneurship skills on the project "building my independence", Nov 2022-February 2023 (Arabic/English) addressed to Lebanese and Syrian and Palestinian refugees in the suburbs of Beirut with specific exercises for illiterate participants. Training on projects development in "We go public" project with Madanyat and the Embassy of Finland, February-March 2022, facilitator for the introductive Session with women beneficiaries, and main trainer for 3 trainings (Strategic Thinking, Planning and Budgeting, Pitching and lobbying) (4 days, (Arabic) Trainer on gender mainstreaming and women political participation in the "Youth Vote" project with Madanyat and US Embassy, January 2022 (1 day) (Arabic) Trainer on women's rights with Madanyat in the framework of "La tribune" project with the support of l'Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie, 4 days. Provided feedback on the French feminist lexicon. Trained and animated 4 sessions with youth on debating around women's rights main 3 thematic areas: the quota, the nationality, the personal status law.
