Develop mitigation plans to minimize service disruption. Monitor and manage all activities against strict SLA criteria to identify and mitigate risks that could trigger penalties.
- Customer-Centric: Maintain continuous, transparent dialogue with key clients throughout demolition, construction, and upgrade phases, providing ad-hoc briefings on critical milestones, risks, and mitigation plans. Act as a key technical liaison between the Managing Director, Sales, and major customers to support fitout contract negotiations.
