A Sales CRM (customer relationship management) is a tool that helps businesses manage and track customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle. It is designed to streamline and improve the efficiency of sales processes and can be used to manage customer data, track leads, and handle customer inquiries and requests. At Sendinblue, the Sales CRM is a feature that is included as part of their all-in-one marketing platform, allowing businesses to manage and track their customer interactions and sales processes in one central location.

At Sendinblue, my role was to work on the CRM tool to orient it towards a Sales CRM and improve it to meet the needs of our users on several major projects:

- Sales Dashboard to pilot activities and have an overview of monthly or annual sales

- Multiple pipelines to manage the different sales follow-up channels of our users as effectively as possible

- Onboarding to explain to our beginners users without CRM knowledge how our tool works and how to best appropriate it

- Task & follow-up task to help our users to keep tracking their deals activities
