Missions: -Ensure the coordination and prioritization of the various efficacy tests with the correct level of operational efficiency (relevance of the test, cost, time) carried out internally or externally

• Carry out bibliographic studies (identification of targets/search for biological activity, new mechanism of action)

• Ensure the technological, scientific and competitive watch in the cosmetics or nutraceutical field

• Supporting marketing in promoting innovative scientific concepts in the cosmetics field

• Be a scientific referent at the interface of Skin Biology R&D, Marketing and Training departments

• Participate in the search for public or private partnerships and in the management of research projects in collaboration with public or private organizations

• Collect scientific and technical data for the development of the technical file of the CIR (Crédit Impôt Recherche)

• Providing technical expertise to develop new laboratory methods associated with histology, microscopic analysis and cell culture

• Valorization of the potential of active ingredients through biological tests, analysis and interpretation of in vitro results

• Open innovation activities: collaborations on innovative models, methods and biological endpoints

• Mentoring a PhD student on a collaborative research project between l'IFREMER and Rocher Group on microalgae biotechnology application in cosmetic
