Au sein de la Direction Organisation & Projet, j'ai coordonné le projet de déménagement du siège social impactant plus de 300 collaborateurs. J'ai mis en œuvre une approche axée sur l'expérience collaborateur et la gestion des risques :

- Planification et pilotage des chantiers multidisciplinaires.

- Coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes et animation des comités projet.

- Accompagnement au Changement : Conception et animation d'ateliers de travail, mise en place d'une communication ciblée pour informer, engager et soutenir les collaborateurs tout au long de la transition.

- Favoriser de Nouvelles Dynamiques de Travail : Mobiliser les équipes autour d'enjeux clés tels que le tutorat et le travail en mode hybride, conception et mise en œuvre d'expérimentations.

Responsable of the education maquette (maquette pédagogique) which materialize the execution of all learning programs within the group. Assisting schools to structure and increase programs readability and provide guidelines to create new multidisciplinary and consistent programs.

Building Data learning paths for different profils (business analyst, data scientist…) and I manage a serious game project to raise awareness among all Thales coworker. Supporting business units to develop a learning culture based on continuous learning, upskilling and reskilling.

Within complex environments my activities were to deploy LEAN methodology (8 main leverages), coach & train teams to facilitate the adoption of Lean mindset and practices.
