Non profit org. We believe that everyone is entitled to healthy food regardless of their means or social status. Share Food Asbl is a non-profit organization created to fight hunger and food waste in the Brussels area. Our main activities consist in (1) operating a solidarity fridge and (2) delivering food daily to several Npo's or shelters in Brussels. We distribute over 50 tons of food each year and help over 200 people daily. Sprynt is a crypto payment service provider solving the inherent interoperability issue with token-based payments. Our stack empowers businesses to seamlessly collect, send, and manage on-chain payments, without bridge or compromise - using DID & VP.

From 0 to 1, drive the vision of the company and products (incl. 1-click cross-chain check-

out buttons, configure direct cross-chain Paylinks & QR-codes, Subscriptions for recurring

crypto payments or multi-chain NFTs minting).

• Leading fundraising efforts, bootstrapped & raised initial capital ($500k) to build company

operations, 4 live products and hire a team of 4 FTEs (Tech, BD & Ops.)

• Develop the GTM strategy, incl. sales & marketing with more than 30+ agreements signed

with customers to launch on our Open Beta.

• Developed & executed a regulatory strategy for the company implementation covering the

EU, Singapore, Hong Kong, USA and UAE (incl. negotiations with national regulators).
