Miha BodyTec is a german method based on a innovative personnal training couped to EMS (Electro-Myo-Stimulation). Making possible to get tonic, carve, reduce back and blood circulation problems and improve cardiovascular functions, skin aspect, posture, ... with an incredible efficiency.
