J'aide les SaaS et scaleups à comprendre pourquoi leurs clients partent et à l'arrêter en croisant les données marketing, produit et de facturation.
En 2 ans d'expérience en freelance, et notamment chez Crisp IM, j'ai développé une approche structurée en 3 temps :
1. Diagnostic : J'identifie vos profils à risque et les signaux de désengagement. J'analyse aussi l'impact de vos efforts marketings sur la rétention (démos, webinars).
2. Modélisation : Je construis des modèles prédictifs de churn adaptés à votre stack data, pour que votre équipe puisse réagir avant qu'il soit trop tard.
3. Action : Je traduis les insights en décisions concrètes pour vos équipes produit et marketing, avec un suivi dashboard en continu.
Mon objectif n'est pas de vous livrer un rapport. C'est de construire une stratégie data-driven qui baisse votre churn rate de manière mesurable.
