I am the artist manager of activist and artist Flore Benguigui, an artistic development consultant, and a freelance event production manager.

Throughout my career, I have represented established artists working across a wide range of eclectic musical styles.

My work focuses on nurturing talent and strengthening artists’ visibility, while highlighting their true value and singularity within today’s musical landscape.

My practice is inherently political, advocating for greater visibility of women in the music industry and strongly committed to artistic independence.

As an artist manager with a coaching-oriented approach, I place particular importance on the well-being and mental health of both artists and collaborators.

My work is rooted in human-centred support, aiming to create healthy working environments in which artists can grow while remaining true to their values and creative integrity.

I have supported artists in their development including Paloma Colombe, Bellboy, Olivia Merilahti and MALVINA.

MEWEM Kick-Offs, launching new programme editions

Responsible for concept development, programming, coordination with speakers and partners, and overall event coherence in line with MEWEM's values and mission.

Co-Founder of Cherchez la femme, a cultural project dedicated to equality and inclusion in the music industry. Initially launched as a podcast created by Flore Benguigui, the project has organically evolved into a broader platform combining editorial, event-based and artistic formats.
