Change Management: I support my clients to get the part of their ROI that depends on people by developing deployment and engagement strategies, conducting change impact analyses, facilitating conversations, boosting adhesion and engagement, and anchoring the change in the organisation's DNA.

Employer Branding & Culture work: My experience covers a wide breadth of areas including culture change, team dynamics, and collective intelligence facilitation. I have worked with companies of all sizes to boost employee engagement, morale and culture, and craft compelling messages around company culture and initiatives.

What's unique about my approach? I use visual thinking, storytelling and gamification to holistically align people behind strategic initiatives and changes. I focus on creating "wow" experiences for your people, whether it's during a seminar or Kick off event, during a communication campaign, or during workshops.

    • Organised 3 workshops and 2 week-long International Exchange Programmes regrouping 90+ participants from around the world. The programme included workshops, training, keynote speakers and networking opportunities. Researched venues, suppliers and contractors, liaised with staff and participants, handled logistical aspects including travel, venue, catering.
