With over eight years of experience working across multiple industries including the human resource sector, charity sector, and film industry, I have worked with companies of all sizes to increase CSR performance and boost employee engagement.

Implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and support organisational growth. Manage all activities related to staff administration, including payroll and employee files. Liaise with accountant and superior management to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Wrote Policies & Procedures and designed new processes specifically for managing home-based staff, ensuring clarity around policies, procedures, strategic goals, and performance management.

• Created a new filing system for financial administration for better performance at external audits.

• Managed transition to new GDPR regulations and updated all relevant paperwork and procedures.

Oversee all Research projects conducted by New Horizons. Maintain and manage all operational aspects of the research projects, and conduct desk and field research to assess low-cost, and quick knowledge. Complete funding applications and produce reports for funders. Write research reports for publication.

• Organised 3 workshops and 2 week-long International Exchange Programmes regrouping 90+ participants from around the world. The programme included workshops, training, keynote speakers and networking opportunities. Researched venues, suppliers and contractors, liaised with staff and participants, handled logistical aspects including travel, venue, catering.
