During my thirty years of experience in different IT roles as account-, service delivery-, project-, program- and line manager in national and international environments, I have been able to gather a very broad and in depth understanding of the challenges and solutions of the technology landscape in the financial industry. All my recent positions were driven by close and constant interaction with internal customers, delivery partners and vendors which strengthened my distinct communication and social skills on all levels. I am a very customer and staff focused person, who is always seeking for the right balance between service recipient and delivery units regarding cost and quality.
