En tant que responsable des tests et chef d'équipe, j'ai dirigé des équipes de 15 à 20 personnes, supervisant les processus de test et menant des tests d'acceptation utilisateur (UAT) pour des projets logiciels complexes. J'ai également joué un rôle clé en tant qu'analyste métier senior dans la collecte des exigences métier, l'analyse des processus et la traduction des besoins en solutions techniques.

La combinaison de ces deux rôles est un élément clé pour comprendre l'ensemble du processus transversal.

Je possède des compétences solides en gestion des exigences, optimisation des processus et gestion des risques, garantissant ainsi la livraison de solutions logicielles de haute qualité.
