Sylvain Milet (Switzerland & US) is a seasoned healthcare and life sciences advisor with extensive experience providing consulting services to senior clients across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical technology on a wide variety of topics including strategy, portfolio optimization, drug launches, brand planning, organization design, pre- & post-merger planning, due diligences and complex project management. Sylvain is currently primarily based in Zürich.
