Project Objective : Migrate all entities' servers from Private Cloud (PiaaS/CoreIT) to Public Cloud (Azure/AWS) as part of ATLAS program

Project Outcome : Emptied the PiaaS before mid-2024 (done) and empting theCoreITbefore end of 2025 (in progress)

Role on the Project : As Cloud Project Manager, I led the successful migration of around 500 servers of 3 AXA entities from PiaaS and currently leading the migration of around 1200 servers from CoreIT to Azure/AWS

Responsabilities : Working with cluster managers, entity project manager &MPI migration managers, I led activities for the planning of entities application migrations. I ensure on-boarding of entities in the migration stream(migration process, organization, required entity inputs &organization). Drive the collection, review &update of entity roadmaps (with cluster managers). Assess eligibility of entity workloads (feature delivery, operational readiness…). Consolidate entity migration volumes & desired migration plans to create a globalwave planning for migration factories to achieve the stream objectives. Alignment migration wave plans with migration factories capacity & velocity. Identify planning, capacity & velocity risks & establish required mitigation plans. Drive entity discovery & application assessment by factory teams & ensure assessment quality control (actionable assessments for migration execution). Conduct the migration permit process for the assessment of migration process exceptions.

Project Objective : Redesign & Deploy the B2B portal named ANAC

Project Outcome : A new ANAC portal to let companies to analyse the quality of their machinery through detailed reports based on oil analysis

Role on the Project : As Product Owner, I led the creation of that new ANACwebsite fromrequirements gathering to deployment

Responsabilities : I identified major stakeholders (whose involvement would have an impact on the project and vice versa) and gathered all the requirements. Then, I grouped the requirements according to the value they could bring to stakeholders and end customers (using the MoSCoW method in particular). Knowing that the product was build using agile method (Scrum), I defined a release schedule, project budget &the resources required for its successful implementation. I created a risk register with a proper risk management plan to dealwith all potential risk that can happen during the project. I managed the team to ensure that we are on trackwhile giving them the autonomy they need to operate within their

own boundaries. I facilitated agile meetings and closely monitored the project's progress to keep it within project timelines and budget. I incorporated (with the team&stakeholders) any changes required to the product to increase its value. I worked with CTO to deploy the new version of ANAC website and with marketing team to get feedback on the use of that product and any areas for improvement to ensure that the product meets users' expectations.

Project Objective : Apply the GPDR regulations so that customers can use the various rights (portability, forgetting, access, etc.). Design & Develop the online appointment booking application for clients/prospects

Project Outcome : GPDR application forms set up with an automated system to facilitate/accelerate processing. Online appointment booking tool made available to customers/prospects to relieve bank advisers of this task

Role on the Project : As Product Owner (for GPDR) and Project Manager (for the appointment scheduling project), I successfully completed my 2 assignments, deploying both applications within the allotted timeframe

Responsabilities : Setting up the project team in agile mode. Collecting and prioritising stakeholder/bank advisors requirements. Defining the technical architecture with the architectures. POC in order to test the envisaged solution. Implementation of a product roadmap focusing on the value provided to customers. Initialise the product backlog. Breakdown and planning of sprints. Conducting agile meetings with the project team. Participating in steering committees to report on project progress. Performed A/B testing. Budget management. Team management. Technical testing of APIs (SOAP & REST). Support for the testing team. Collected customer feedback on the appointment booking application. Prioritising the various developments, in particular taking into account the specific needs of private banking customers. Setting up a system for automatically processing GDPR requests from customers.
