I founded and still leading HumanX, a consulting company I built and scaled within the Cronos Group in Belgium. For 5 years, I’ve handled it all: vision, budget, finance, growth, hiring, sales, delivery, partnerships, digital tools.

🎓 I’m currently pursuing an Executive MBA (BMI: UCLouvain/HEC Paris) to go even deeper into strategy, growth, finance and leadership — while staying close to the field.

As founder and general manager of HumanX, I created a company from scratch, transforming it into a sustainable consulting business with a digital core. I lead strategy, operations, finances, people and business development.

• SAP Concur: implementation from A to Z with Lidl INT
• Implementation of the new version of MyPeople (SAP)
• Implementation and second line support for MyAccount

• Support on SuccesFactors Learning: training and system testing
• Analyzing phase and business plan for a HR first line helpdesk

o Telenet: 2021
 Strategic project covering HR analytics within Telenet within one defined scenario
• Implementation of 5G within into the company’s business model
