Joined a leadership team (CEO, CTO, Head of Product) to reinforce the drive on post series-B critical phases of a farming IoT weather stations solution including:

• - definition and animation of the Tech Strategy and Roadmap through OKRs

Took the lead of a 150-person tech team (Project, UX/UI, mobile and platform devs, data erg and systems architects) across 5 offices in France, post-acquisitions and post COVID, in order to drive the Technology strategy and rebuild the Start-up Tech culture inside the Fabernovel Digital Innovation ecosystem (300 persons total, connex activities of New ways of Working, Digital Transformation, Learning & Marketing), while driving large projects with customers of the CAC40 and major French Tech companies.

Built the Digital (Product & Tech) department for an International Mobility group with the ambition to modernise the company's activity and eventually move it's business model towards SAAS while accompanying the hyper-growth and international development:
