I have 15 years of expertise in the financial sector in Belgium of which 3 years in sales management, 8 years in project / program management, 3 years in operational team management. I also have 1,5 year as a strategic transformation consultant in the automotive leasing sector. This gave me extended experiences in managing transverse projects and strategic initiatives. I am proficient in managing, coaching and motivating teams to design, deliver and implement the changes.

Driven by quality & results, I enjoy leading (or being involved in) company transformation. I love defining action plans & strategies in order to reach specific goals together with my teams / colleagues.
