As a UX/UI DESIGNER, creation in the broad sense is my passion: whether as a concept, a graphic universe, the interface of a mobile app, websites or large scale projects. I like to create, to be successful, to solve problems with creative solutions. I acquire inspiration from my daily life and the world around me, which also helps me to find the personal touch that will make all the difference - it is precisely this difference that is required from a good Artistic Director. I strive to cultivate it by being curious and open to new things each day, by seeking out new challenges and always remaining eager for the next one.

I still have a lot to learn; but learning and growing is what drives me: I am eager to handle new projects, take up new challenges, and meet new goals. As a Leadership & Management:
• Follow and successfully interpret direction and feedback from the team.
• Set creative direction for junior members of the team by guiding their design work with advice, insight and ideas.

As a Head Creative Director:
• Deliver concepts and ideas that clearly align to the creative brief and client objectives and push the creative boundaries of the project, providing further creative inspiration and exploration.
• Create new campaigns in all platform (Digital, Social and Print) to promote the brand and boost sales.
• Create new packaging design.
• Improve the actual website by adding new plugins, creating landing pages etc.

As a UX/UI designer, my aim was:
• Make wireframes and prototype.
• Create landing pages (Desktop and mobile)
• Create assets for emails marketing and paid social
• Create new website for 2019.
• Improving the SEO with the help of the team.
• Work with data researcher (which will allow me to justify my creative decisions, design).
• Working with devs to give them all the assets for the integration.
