I did marketing for Veracova Skincare in Shanghai, a brand focused on the naturalness and transparency of its products. For them, I was responsible for implementing the marketing plan and its planning. I also developed their online promotional offers through the implementation of targeted advertising just as I managed the loyalty and affiliate program. In addition, I was in charge of a more B2B management of their partnerships and analyzed the results of these actions.

I finaly participated in the development of new products / packaging 🇨🇳

Client advisor for Pink shirtmaker own by LVMH in Chelsea London 🇬🇧

When I joined Pink Shirtmaker they were in total rebranding at the time, our main goal as client advisor was to bring out the new story and values of the brand: here an English qualitative menswear desiger specialized in the shirts cut.

I was providing client service as well as store operational processes, including store transfers, VIP stock requests and daily paperwork.

I have started a collaboration with Merchandising Team (product mapping, weekly bestsellers, seasonal stock returns). I was also involved in the new online project: the click & collect app which was part of the

OMNI channel business.
