With a lifelong passion for exploring other countries, continents, and cultures, I always knew my career would be international in scope. I'm based in Paris but have lived in Africa, Latam, and Europe, and worked on five continents.
I'm a multilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, English, French and Italian) facilitator and trainer, specializing in organizational culture, intercultural management, and leadership with a DEI view. I have +15 years of experience in the management of diverse teams, supporting leaders across borders in both the public and private sectors. My expertise in international facilitation and intercultural integration helped me in facilitating international negotiations; I also held positions in project management and international sales.
