J’accompagne dirigeants, CFO et équipes finance sur des missions courtes et opérationnelles lorsque les sujets financiers deviennent critiques ou urgents.

J’interviens principalement pour :

Structurer ou fiabiliser le reporting financier
Construire ou revoir des modèles financiers (BP, prévisions, stress tests)
Piloter la trésorerie et le cash-flow
Renforcer ponctuellement une fonction finance / CFO
Préparer des business plans ou supports financiers pour investisseurs ou partenaires

Mon approche est très pragmatique : je vais droit au sujet, je produis des livrables clairs, exploitables et bien documentés, et je m’adapte rapidement aux contraintes existantes (outils, délais, équipes).
