- GLPI Deployment for Multi-Department Ticketing. (BUILD phase)

• Process Design: Defined ticket categories, priorities, and SLA-based workflows tailored to each department’s needs (IT, Marketing, Legal, Operations).

• Data Visualization: Developed custom dashboards to track KPIs

• Escalation Framework: Established multi-level escalation rules to reduce resolution time by 30% and improve service quality across all teams.

• Integration: Connected GLPI with existing tools (email, teams) to automate ticket creation and notifications.

Integration Consultant : expert in grain procurement processes, SaaS solution deployment and ERP connectors.

• SaaS Solution Deployment: Led workshops, configured the solution, conducted testing, and drove change management for technical and commercial teams at cooperatives and grain traders adopting the grain procurement offering.

• Financial Analysis & Commercial Strategy: Supported farmers in financial analysis and defining commercialization strategies.

• Pre-Sales Projects: Configured the solution and prepared live demos/tests aligned with the grain procurement policies of cooperatives and traders.

• C-Level Reporting: Analyzed CRAs, tracked KPIs (usage, campaigns, Top 20 clients), and monitored ticketing/escalations with Product teams.

• Team Management: Led 4-member consultant team deploying solutions for cooperatives/traders; implemented CSM approach with new KPIs, rituals, and adoption goals.
