The Casino Foundation is committed to childhood and education. It supports school projects around the theater, promotes employee volunteering with local associations and develops the practice of food donation with subsidiaries of the Casino Group. In this context, I ensured the planning of cross-functional projects with social impact (+ 100k) and in particular the deployment of a volunteering program for employees:

- Sourcing and identification of partnerships with associations (+65);

- Making appointments, defining needs with them;

- Linking associations with employees and monitoring their integration (listening to their needs and their feedback;

- Proposals for improvements to the volunteering digital platform Other missions:

- Providing reporting on the progress of projects: implementation and analysis of dashboards, management of indicators, monitoring of risks and opportunities, monitoring and research on the philanthropic sector;

- Being a force of proposal on the subjects of business practices and on the establishment of a base of good practices: Writing of communication supports ...

- Project management: Ensure compliance with standards. Reinforcement and monitoring of fundraising programs, management of ad hoc CSR projects (management of piloting between the different interlocutors)

- Ensure social impact projects scoping and problem solving

- Formalize the strategic project analyzes and implementation plan

- Define the appropriate change management strategy and tools
