I help organizations turn AI ambition into working systems - combining 15+ years of commercial analytics and transformation consulting with hands-on delivery of agentic AI platforms. My client work spans Fortune 100 enterprises (Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Astellas, TEVA), PE-backed mid-market companies, and healthcare organizations.
Unlike pure strategists, I build what I recommend: human-centered AI - multi-agent systems in LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI, deployed into regulated environments with governance, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop controls designed in from the start.
