D'abord CEO/CPO d'une startup adtech pendant 4 années où j'ai pu travailler sur différents produits (apps mobiles, SaaS, SDK), puis Lead PM / Responsable de la transformation digitale opérationnelle dans la mobilité (afin de transformer le travail & moderniser les outils des collaborateurs sur le terrain) et enfin Lead PM dans une startup du Quick Commerce, sur la verticale Consumer (app mobile, partenaires tiers, ERP).
J'ai toujours eu a former des équipes jeunes au métier, leur apporter les clefs ainsi qu'un cadre de travail clair, scalable et réplicable, pour s'approcher petit à petit, d'une organisation plus flexible et agile.
