Fort d’une expérience de plus de 10 ans dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, je combine une double expertise scientifique et managériale en tant que pharmacien diplômé et titulaire d’un Master en management des entreprises. Mon parcours m’a permis d’évoluer au sein d’organisations matricielles complexes, où j’ai affiné mes compétences en coordination de projets, en gestion des priorités et en prise de décision autonome. Aujourd’hui, dans un secteur en pleine mutation, je mets à profit cette expertise pour accompagner la transformation des acteurs de la santé, avec une approche entrepreneuriale fondée sur l’agilité, la stratégie et la communication.
