Brought in to take over an under-maintained Magento/Adobe Commerce site and bring it up to a clean, supportable 2.4.5-p14 baseline. I audited the codebase, upgraded the platform and key dependencies (Stripe, storefront theme, Mageworx, Amasty, Magefan), resolved extension conflicts, fixed front-end JS issues, reduced noisy logs, and tightened the build/release flow. Rollout was staged, SEO signals and URLs were preserved, and checkout/order processing were tested end-to-end. Result: a faster, safer store with a clear upgrade path and predictable releases.

Manage ongoing operations, including troubleshooting issues, identifying workarounds, and investigating root causes.

Design and implement technical solutions by exposing endpoints via GraphQL and/or microservices (using GCP Firestore, BigQuery databases, and the Symfony API), while developing and updating custom modules.

Drive migrations such as payment modules, Magento version updates, CRM, OMS, and other tools.

This is an expansive multinational experience where English is the official language of

communication for our daily calls. Our interactions involve a diverse range of participants,

including Americans, Asian partners, and Anglo-Saxon collaborators. Furthermore, this
