Consultant Post-trade & paiements avec une solide expérience sur des environnements bancaires complexes, notamment autour des progiciels Murex, Summit et des moteurs de paiements GPP (Global PayPlus). J'interviens sur l'ensemble de la chaine FO->BO avec une expertise particulière en paiements, cash management, règlement livraison (MT/MX), accounting (CRE/CRI)..

Mes missions couvent des projets de transformation, d'optimisation, et de migration de systèmes de marché, incluant le cadrage et l'analyse fonctionnelle, l'interface IT/Métier, ainsi que l'amélioration des processus post-trade (STP, investigations, rapprochements, reporting).

En complément de cette expertise fonctionnelle, je développe une spécialisation en data et intelligence artificielle appliqué au trade et aux paiements. Je privilége aujourd'hui des projets intégrant des cas d'usage d'IA prédictive, tels que la la prédiction d'échecs de paiement ou de settlement, l'anticipation des breaks post-trade, la détection précoce des anomalies opérationnelle et l'analyse des patterns menant à des traitements manuels ou à des retards de settlement.

L'objectif est d'accompagner les institutions financière dans l'évolution vers des opérations post-trade plus intelligentes, prédictives et efficients en capitalisant sur les données existantes tout en générant des gains mesurables en réduction du risque opérationnel, des couts et délais de traitement.

- Draft the end-to-end testing strategy to ensure that the workflow front-to-back-to-accounting operates correctly (focus on back workflows: contract, deliverables, MxmlExchange.)
- Identify gaps between current version v40 and target version v59.
- Propose solutions or workaround for identified gaps.
- Ensuring the follow up related to the identified bugs and validation after corrections (fixes from Murex, or internal corrections)
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment on upgrade objectives and timelines.
- Managing a backlog of over 70 tickets related to entire BO teams including tickets to be resolved by Murex and others by IT team and ensuring the reporting to the business team manager.

As part of Murex upgrade from version 40 to version 59, my scope concerns Back-Office activities mainly Fixed income, OTC, private equity products. The goal is to ensure compatibility of interfaces and that migrating workflows are processing properly and as expected.

The aim of the ECMS project is to set up a common platform to replace the 19 collateral management systems currently used by the Eurosystem's National Central Banks (NCBs).

- Project framing and analysis of the existing architecture
- Identification of MT messages impacted by the project (MT540-MT541...MT548)
- Drafting of specifications for new MX messages (SESE023-SESE020...SESE027)
- Adaptation of existing workflows (IMSG, settle clearance, etc.) and creating new ones for managing new MX messages.
- Configuration of SSIs, Assign generic, Dispatching scenarios, Folder, etc. for new MX messages
- Monitoring developments and validating tests
